It felt like Christmas morning when my students opened the donation box from SATA. These donations like this mean so much to learning institutions like ours. These students asked me, ‘Chad can we spray with this spray gun?’ I said, ‘It’s yours, of course you can!!’ You guys put a smile on their faces!! Thank you!!

The students and I were so excited. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had two rolls of 2” tape left this morning. I gave one to the students and told them to be real conservative because we only had one roll left. Then a truck shows up with five skids of tape. Thank you all and 3M for all you do to support our students and our schools.

In years past I would be wondering how we can do this cheaper.First off, I can’t thank you and your organization enough for all you do for all of us. It truly helps, I don’t know if you realize how much it helps. But words can’t describe how much everything you do helps us out. Today’s lesson was taping up the side of a car, and in years past I would be wondering how we can do this cheaper using less tape, but thanks to CREF I had 58 students taping away. . .

These blending edge foam tape and trim lifting tape will provide valuable training for our students in the painting classes. Products like these will teach the students proper masking techniques. With high costs of materials, great companies are providing these necessary materials, adding value to programs like mine and others that receive low yearly supply budgets. I would like to thank CREF for donating these great products to my program, they will be a great addition.

The painting classes will benefit greatly from these quality products and learn the proper masking/taping techniques. This vehicle bagging material will allow the students to learn the value of materials savings, which is great for our school’s low material bills. With the continued support of the very generous companies, it keeps me as an instructor up to date on the proper use of the materials. The Toyota quarter panels that were donated to us are very helpful. We are able to practice metal bumping and refinishing skills.

Are the people at CREF able to read minds or what? I just told the students yesterday that our supply of gloves was getting really low and to use the gloves as long as possible and don’t waste any while I put in a request to order more. Then I received this email where gloves are going to be donated. Thank you all so much, you all are the best.
